  ,ripping off customer ,once they sold the product ,never do refund or exchange,even same day return with receipt.

  As someone who doesn't have children (and has no idea about child safety), I was pleasently surprised today. I admired the young lady who saw a child standing on the seat of a trolley. She immediately took control of the situation and got the child to sit down. Its good to see that safety was at the forefront of her priorities and I think she deserves a special mention. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but here is 5 stars and recognition of preventing an incident :-) please give her a bonus.
