  Once again worst bank and financial advisor.
  
  Very disappointed been with this branch for nearly 10 years with the home loan they were sucking my interest rate. Anyone guys if you with Carindale branch review your interest rate they are sucker

  Joanne? Julianne? Was lovely over the phone when talking about depositing large sums of money and savings. Walked into the branch and was promptly told by an impatient and unprofessional Abdul to use the smart atm instead which proceeded to swallow almost $1500. When I tried to resolve the issue and get my money back and deposited safely, then told me he couldn't do anything and I might receive a call about it a few days later while trying to send me on my way. I don't know if I'll get my money or not.
  
  If you want to throw away money for savings, let Abdul do it for you :)

  Today I went to Carindale Westpac branch to do my usual banking
  Was told Their system was down and I HAVE TO use ATM to exchange some coin
  
  By the time I started using the ATM, they start serving customer at the Teller section, So I don’t understand why they tell me I HAVE To use ATM while they can ask me to wait a bit for system to back and running
  
  Not only that, after I get my coins out, I asked 1 of customer service staff to give me a big count bag
  
  She went inside and come out and said “ we are out of Big coin bag, this is another bag of you to put coin in, REMEMBER to bring one next time”
  
  After that, I went to Teller to complete my all other usual transactions and get my second lot of Change
  
  Guess what , the Teller staff come out with my coin inside the “BIG COIN BAG”
  
  What should I say about this? The previous staff tell LIE or She Lack of training

  Continually dismayed at the poor customer service - lack of staff on the cashier counter. Not every transaction can be completed via an ATM. The Westpac business model is to blame. Too bad about customers who have banked their entire adult lives with them.

  Very poor customer service. No one knew who the manger was for the day. Emails had to be sent by staff just to check who is in charge of the branch that day. Staff unsure of how ATMS work. Are of little to no help.
  When voicing my concerns, the response was “sorry, anything else”.
  Very bad branch. Will all be out of jobs soon.
