- Sean Yap Added July 17, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆A bit disappointed as I found the Dermapen process was absolutely amazing however was assigned to book an LED & Peeling appointment after the treatment without knowing it’s not included in the Dermapen treatment, always trying to hard sell me their products and today I have made separate payment knowing it’s a separate session. Felt embarrassed and don’t think I’ll visit again

She was very careful with her treatment and very thorough in taking good care of me. I felt very special. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Sophie at Carindale.
