First, no hair shampoo, despite having product in my hair, and told a few times by the staff that if it's shampooed you get a better cut, have a few minutes of frustrating discussion we arranged a shampoo for an extra $12.
Except, the hairdresser didn't know how to do a shampoo.
So senior hairdresser comes over, gives me rough shampoo on old equipment that left me with a sore neck.
Fast forward to haircut.
Haircut went ahead, needed direction at every stage, after the cut I needed to tell her 3 times that it wasn't even and double/triple check her work.
She seemed annoyed about that, like i should've just accepted a non even haircut.
Just a bad experience, unhelpful staff, bad haircut, bad customer service.
Would not go again.
