I was in store just holding a pair of shoes clearly wanting assistance and the lady was too busy looking at herself in the mirror to communicate with me. When she finally looked at me she walked away and chatted to some friend. I then went to the counter and the two boys who were their were too busy trying to chat to some girls in short skirts and then just looked at me and waived me off and said they are out of stock before I could ask about a range of shoes. Absolutely pathetic no wonder people shop online with this terrible service.
