  I went in to bank a cheque that had been in my handbag since tax time (July - thanks ATO?!). Roula H was lovely, welcoming, showed me how to bank it on my app and when I said I was hopeless with all things finance related she offered to sit down with me and help review and streamline things. I will definitely be back to see Roula at Nab Carindale to review fees for accounts I’m not using a great deal, upgrade my savings account to a higher interest earning account like a term deposit and maybe I’ll totally step into the modern era and get her to help set me up on their share trading platform. Thanks for being someone pleasant in my day, which was at an otherwise stressful time in life. Sometimes just being nice helps!

  definitely short-staffed! Had to wait almost 1 hour with a toddler just to cash out some money more than daily limit.

  Zero Star rating. Both Capalaba and Carindale branches treated my elderly mother so poorly she ended up extremely unwell. All she wanted to do was change the account details for her NAB credit card payments. Which after two branch visits, setting up internet banking for her and over an hour on the phone. Still not done. So we tried to cancel the card - well that got even harder!!!! NAB YOU SHOULD BE ABOLUTELY ASHAMED AT HOW YOU TREAT ELDERLY. YOU ARE A DISGRACE. NOT SURPRISED TO SEE SUCH TERRIBLE REVIEWS FOR BOTH LOCATIONS.

  Before going to this branch on Saturday 24th December(Xmas Eve - not a Public Holiday) I checked their opening hours. On Saturdays they are supposed to be open from 10am to 1:30pm except public holidays.
  Upon arrival the branch was locked up tight. There were no notices outside the branch to indicate that it would not be open on Saturday 24th December.
  Poor customer service!

  Often 5 to 15 minute waits. A company rule on Saturdays is apparently only one teller in operation for security or wages - who knows. There are a few friendly floaters that assist with other non-cash transactions.
