- Sarah Kent Added October 04, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My partner and I went in to book a holiday to Japan. The first person we spoke to said that they'd get everything looked into and send a response the next day. 4 days later I followed up and they had forgotten about the request altogether.
We were then passed on to two other staff members for the two weeks which was like playing 'Chinese whispers'.
The communication between internal staff is poor and the follow up with clients is severely lacking. What a waste of time.
We ended up going to a different Student Flights store to book our holiday.
